Here you’ll find the main terms and conditions for working with Frozen Svit: registration, ordering, delivery, and other important information.

Registration and access to orders

  • We operate in a B2B format and focus on long-term partnerships with companies and individual entrepreneurs

  • To process orders, you must register, which grants access to pricing and special offers. Registration will also allow you to view your order history and make changes

  • We do not work with final customers. Please contact us if you have a special occasion or event

  • All products are stored and delivered in frozen state

  • Products are shipped in producer’s industrial packaging (cartons), so the minimum order quantity is one box (unless otherwise specified). This ensures the safety of the product and compliance with the shelflife

  • Detailed information for each product, including case size, expiration dates, storage and preparation instructions, is provided in the product card in the catalog.

  • All prices are in GEL (GEL) and include VAT

  • The current price is confirmed upon order confirmation, after which our manager will agree on payment and delivery dates with you

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery occurs after payment.

  • In Batumi and the surrounding areas, we offer free delivery for orders over 100₾; for smaller orders delivery costs 15₾

  • Delivery terms to Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia are negotiated individually

  • Upon receipt, we recommend checking the quantity, packaging integrity, and product temperature.
  • Ensure that you have anough storing space in your freezer before delivery
  • You can continue storing the frozen product, using some of it as needed. We recommend tightly sealing the packaging after opening
  • Do not freeze again
  • Complaints are accepted subject to proper storage, defrosting and preparing instructions. Contact us as soon as possible, providing photos/videos and a description of the situation
  • Please retain the shipping packaging and labeling
  • Frozen Svit is open to discussion on all controversial issues.
