1. General Terms

Our products (frozen bakery, desserts, and semi-finished goods) are perishable food items, therefore returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases defined by law and our quality assurance policy.

2. Grounds for Return

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged or defective (broken packaging, temperature breach, incorrect quantity or item);
  • There is a shipping or packing error (wrong SKU, incomplete order);
  • The product’s expiry date had passed at the time of delivery.

Returns due to taste preferences, change of mind, or improper storage by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Notify us within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
  2. Provide:
    • order or delivery note number;
    • photo/video evidence of the issue;
    • short description of the problem.
  3. After verification, our quality department will offer:
    • replacement with an equivalent product, or
    • refund (within 5 business days after approval).

4. Storage and Responsibility

Frozen Svit LLC is not liable for product quality if storage, transport, or freezing conditions were violated by the client.
All goods are delivered deep-frozen (–18 °C or below) and must remain stored under the same conditions.
